Laksa Fried-Rice Cooking Method (Serves 2-3):
1. Stir-fry garlic and shallot in 2 tbsp oil on medium heat
2. Add 2 beaten eggs and 500g steamed rice immediately. Stir-fry till rice is evenly coated with egg and is loosened
3. Add Prima Taste pack and 4 tsp water. Stir-fry till rice is mixed well and fragrant
Add fried beancurd cubes (tau pok), fish cake and prawn for a tastier dish
